Tarihin, turizmin ve sanat\u0131n kenti Tarsus\u2019un potansiyelini art\u0131racak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan bahsetti. Ba\u015fkan Bolta\u00e7, \u201cTarsus\u2019un kalk\u0131nmas\u0131 ve daha ya\u015fanabilir bir \u015fehir haline gelmesi i\u00e7in gece g\u00fcnd\u00fcz \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz.
