Enerji karmam\u0131zda \u00f6nemli bir rol \u00fcstlenecek bu iki proje; n\u00fckleer kapasitemizin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, yerli tedarik ve insan kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmesini, \u00fclkemizin n\u00fckleer alanda uluslararas\u0131 arenada s\u00f6z sahibi olmas\u0131n\u0131 ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc m\u00fccadele etmesini sa\u011flayacak\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seferino\u011flu Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda n\u00fckleer enerjiyi kullanma yolunda att\u0131\u011f\u0131 en \u00f6nemli ad\u0131m oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek, \u201cAkkuyu, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin geli\u015fen ekonomisinin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra iklim hedeflerine ula\u015fmay\u0131 sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda rol alacak temel g\u00fc\u00e7 sistemlerinden biri olacakt\u0131r. \u0130lk n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santralinin in\u015fa edilmesiyle birlikte \u00fclkemizin n\u00fckleer sanayisi de geli\u015fmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n n\u00fckleer sekt\u00f6re giri\u015fi sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f, n\u00fckleer ve radyasyon g\u00fcvenli\u011fi alan\u0131nda ulusal d\u00fczenleme altyap\u0131s\u0131nda da \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cNGS\u2019ler T\u00fcrk sanayicisinin n\u00fckleer alandaki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinop NGS\u2019nin in\u015fas\u0131 konusunda Akkuyu NGS\u2019yi in\u015fa eden Rusya Devlet N\u00fckleer Enerji Kurulu\u015fu Rosatom ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler s\u00fcrerken, her iki projenin de hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi ile T\u00fcrk sanayicisinin n\u00fckleer alandaki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirece\u011fini de belirten Seferino\u011flu, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cAkkuyu ve Sinop n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrallerinin devreye girmesiyle bu projelerden edinilen tecr\u00fcbe ve bilgi birikimi ile T\u00fcrk firmalar\u0131n ba\u015fka \u00fclkelerde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek santral projelerine kat\u0131labilece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. N\u00fckleer santrallerin sadece elektrik \u00fcretimini de\u011fil ayn\u0131 zamanda b\u00f6lge halk\u0131n\u0131n refah seviyesini art\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Akkuyu ve Sinop projeleri ile birlikte \u00fclkemizin n\u00fckleer teknoloji alan\u0131nda AR-GE ve insan kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n yeti\u015ftirilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n art\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Akkuyu projesinin ba\u015flamas\u0131yla birlikte insan kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi kapsam\u0131nda y\u00fczlerce \u00f6\u011frencimizin Rusya\u2019da n\u00fckleer m\u00fchendislik e\u011fitimi alma imk\u00e2n\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti ayr\u0131ca her y\u0131l n\u00fckleer alanda y\u00fcksek lisans ve doktora i\u00e7in yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00f6\u011frenci g\u00f6ndermektedir. 22 May\u0131s 2013 tarihinde Sinop \u00dcniversitesi M\u00fchendislik ve Mimarl\u0131k Fak\u00fcltesi b\u00fcnyesinde n\u00fckleer enerji m\u00fchendisli\u011fi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc kurulmu\u015ftur. Sinop \u00dcniversitesi n\u00fckleer enerji m\u00fchendisli\u011fi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00fclkemizin lisans d\u00fczeyinde e\u011fitim veren iki \u00fcniversiteden biridir. N\u00fckleer Enerji M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc lisans, y\u00fcksek lisans ve doktora programlar\u0131 ile \u00fclkemizin ihtiyac\u0131 olan n\u00fckleer m\u00fchendislerinin yeti\u015ftirilmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Sinop N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali kurulum projesi kapsam\u0131nda insan kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra teknoloji transferinin de yer almas\u0131 da olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. Di\u011fer \u00f6nemli bir konu da n\u00fckleer g\u00fcvenlik ve radyasyondan korunma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanabilmesi santral kurulum \u00f6ncesi, kurulum a\u015famas\u0131, i\u015fletim ve s\u00f6kme a\u015famalar\u0131nda santral sahas\u0131 ve \u00e7evresinin s\u00fcrekli izlenmesi ve AR-GE \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00fckleer iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadelede \u00f6nemli bir se\u00e7enek<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artan enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131 ve Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u00c7er\u00e7eve S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi kapsam\u0131nda sera gaz\u0131 emisyon azaltma taahh\u00fcd\u00fcn\u00fcn yerine getirilmesi i\u00e7in t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu enerji teknolojilerinin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n zorunluluk haline geldi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Seferino\u011flu, n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrallerin sa\u011flad\u0131klar\u0131 kesintisiz ve temiz enerjiyle bu taahh\u00fctlerin yerine getirilmesinde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir rol oynayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00fckleer enerjinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu, temiz ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir teknoloji oldu\u011funu belirten Seferino\u011flu, \u201cK\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n giderek daha belirgin hale gelmesi iklim dostu bir enerji se\u00e7ene\u011fi olarak n\u00fckleer enerjinin k\u00fcresel tart\u0131\u015fmalarda tekrar g\u00fcndeme gelmesine neden olmu\u015ftur. N\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santralleri, 7\/24 kullan\u0131labilirlik \u00f6zelliklerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra sanayi ve ula\u015f\u0131m gibi karbon emisyonunun azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 zor sekt\u00f6rlerde de karbondan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma kapasitesine sahiptir. Fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n \u00f6n planda oldu\u011fu enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmaya katk\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131, \u00fclkelerin sera gaz\u0131 etkisini azaltmak amac\u0131yla uluslararas\u0131 anla\u015fmalar yapmas\u0131na ve enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde gerekli \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nabilmesi i\u00e7in yeni yollar\u0131n aramas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131 sonras\u0131 iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi rejimini d\u00fczenleyen \u2018Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131\u2019 4 Kas\u0131m 2016 itibariyle y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmi\u015ftir. Anla\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda insan kaynakl\u0131 sera gaz\u0131 emisyonunun neden oldu\u011fu ortalama k\u00fcresel s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n sanayi \u00f6nceki s\u0131cakl\u0131k seviyesinin en fazla 1.5 \u00b0C olacak \u015fekilde s\u0131n\u0131rlanmas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir. Bu hedefe ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in \u00fclkelerin 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar CO<sub>2<\/sub> emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 net s\u0131f\u0131ra indirmeleri gerekmektedir. Hedef do\u011frultusunda \u00fclkeler iklim krizine \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulmak i\u00e7in yeni yollar ararken mevsim de\u011fi\u015fimlerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6steren g\u00fcne\u015f, r\u00fczg\u00e2r ve hidroelektrik gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131na y\u00f6nelmi\u015ftir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde n\u00fckleer enerji, hidroelektrikten sonra d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck ikinci d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu elektrik kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. N\u00fckleer enerjinin en \u00f6nemli avantajlar\u0131ndan biri de k\u00f6m\u00fcr, do\u011fal gaz, petrol gibi enerji kaynaklar\u0131 ile k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek g\u00fc\u00e7 yo\u011funlu\u011funa sahip olmas\u0131d\u0131r. D\u00fcnya N\u00fckleer Birli\u011fi\u2019nin verilerine g\u00f6re n\u00fckleer santraller 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda e\u015fde\u011fer k\u00f6m\u00fcr \u00fcretiminden kaynaklanan 2,1 milyar ton karbondioksit emisyonunun \u00f6nlenmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmu\u015ftur.\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gelecekte de n\u00fckleer ba\u015frolde<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00fckleer enerjiyle ilgili teknolojik geli\u015fmelerin devam etti\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan Prof. Dr. Meryem Seferino\u011flu, \u201cSon y\u0131llarda n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 reakt\u00f6r tasar\u0131mlar\u0131 alan\u0131nda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ile yak\u0131n gelecekte ticarile\u015fme boyutuna gelecek olan 4\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc nesil n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 reakt\u00f6r tasar\u0131mlar\u0131nda g\u00fcvenli\u011fin \u00f6n planda oldu\u011fu, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik, \u00e7ok daha ekonomik, n\u00fckleer at\u0131klar\u0131n azalt\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve n\u00fckleer silahlar\u0131n yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na diren\u00e7li sistemler geli\u015ftirilmektedir. Bilim insanlar\u0131 acil durumlarda kendini pasif (enerjiye ihtiya\u00e7 duymayan) olarak so\u011futan sistemlere sahip, erimeye dayan\u0131kl\u0131 n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r tasarlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcresel tart\u0131\u015fmalarda, 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar net s\u0131f\u0131r karbon emisyonuna ula\u015fma hedefi, temiz enerji teknolojilerinin kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 ancak n\u00fckleer enerjinin de karbondan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f enerji sistemlerinin omurgas\u0131 olarak \u00f6nemli bir rol oynamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki fikirlerin giderek art\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.\u201d de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avrupa elektri\u011finin yakla\u015f\u0131k %40\u2019\u0131n\u0131 n\u00fckleerden elde ediyor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201cNucleareurope verilerine g\u00f6re \u015fu anda Avrupa\u2019da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu elektri\u011fin yakla\u015f\u0131k %40\u2019\u0131 n\u00fckleerden sa\u011flan\u0131yor\u201d diyen Prof.Dr Seferino\u011flu, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cInternational Energy Agency (IEA) 2023 verilerine g\u00f6re elektrik \u00fcretiminde n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrallerinin katk\u0131s\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda; Fransa\u2019n\u0131n %69 ile ilk s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, Ukrayna, Bel\u00e7ika ve Slovakya\u2019n\u0131n %50\u2019nin \u00fczerinde oldu\u011fu ve di\u011fer \u00fclkelerde bu oran\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %3 ile %50 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Almanya elektri\u011finin %17 \u2018sini n\u00fckleer enerjiden sa\u011flarken, k\u00f6m\u00fcr ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan termik santraller halen en b\u00fcy\u00fck elektrik \u00fcretim kayna\u011f\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. Rusya i\u015fletmede olan 37 n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 reakt\u00f6r\u00fc ile mevcut elektrik \u00fcretiminin yakla\u015f\u0131k %20\u2019sini kar\u015f\u0131lamaktad\u0131r ve n\u00fckleer enerji kapasitesini art\u0131rma y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Rusya Federasyonu Akkuyu n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrali dahil olmak \u00fczere n\u00fckleer enerji teknolojilerinin ihracat\u0131n\u0131 yapan ve yeni reakt\u00f6r teknolojilerin geli\u015ftirilmesi dahil n\u00fckleer enerjinin rol\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131rma y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmaktad\u0131r. Rusya\u2019n\u0131n Sochi \u015fehrinde 25-26 Mart tarihlerinde d\u00fczenlenen ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n n\u00fckleer enerji end\u00fcstrisi alan\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6steren \u015firketlerin kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cInternational Forum ATOMEXPO 2024\u201d etkinli\u011finde, Rusya\u2019n\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck mod\u00fcler reakt\u00f6r\u00fc (Small Modular Reactor, SMR) ve IV. Nesil reakt\u00f6r teknolojileri alanlar\u0131nda kaydetti\u011fi \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler sergilenmi\u015ftir. Yeni teknolojiler n\u00fckleerin temiz enerji gelece\u011finde daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc rol oynayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de artan enerji talebinin kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131nda g\u00fcvenilir, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, yenilenebilir ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu enerji teknolojilerine ge\u00e7mesi gerekti\u011fini kaydeden Seferino\u011flu, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kurulu enerji \u00fcretim g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn %30 hidroelektrik, %11 r\u00fczg\u00e2r ve %10 g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi gibi yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 ve yakla\u015f\u0131k %45 fosil kaynaklardan sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r. Akkuyu-NGS projesi Rusya taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen III. Nesil bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 su reakt\u00f6rlerinden VVER-1200 tasar\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. Toplamda 4800 MW(e) kapasiteli 4 n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6rden olu\u015fan Akkuyu n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrali ile \u00fclkemizin elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n %10\u2019nun kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 planlanmaktad\u0131r.
