Her y\u0131l ekim-haziran aras\u0131 kurulan pazar\u0131n yeni sezon a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Tarsus Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali Bolta\u00e7 da haz\u0131r bulundu. \u00dcreticilerin stantlar\u0131n\u0131 tek tek ziyaret eden Ba\u015fkan Bolta\u00e7; “kad\u0131na, \u00fcretime ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 t\u00fcketime deste\u011fimiz hep s\u00fcrecek” dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slow Food Yery\u00fcz\u00fc Pazar\u0131 iki haftada bir pazar g\u00fcnleri Kubatpa\u015fa Medresesi \u00f6n\u00fcnde kuruluyor ve yerel halk\u0131n do\u011fal \u00fcr\u00fcnlere ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. B\u00f6lgedeki \u00e7ift\u00e7iler ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u00fcreticiler, bu pazarda geleneksel y\u00f6ntemlerle \u00fcrettikleri sebze, meyve, zeytin, peynir, bal ve el yap\u0131m\u0131 bir\u00e7ok \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc do\u011frudan t\u00fcketiciye sunuyor.
