T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcyen bir \u00fclke oldu\u011funu ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak enerji talebinin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Karata\u015f, \u201cSon 20 y\u0131lda do\u011fal gazda ve elektrikte talebin neredeyse 3 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, y\u0131ll\u0131k yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 4,5&#8217;in \u00fczerinde bir elektrik talebi art\u0131\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu nedenle de enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fini ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak ve b\u00f6lgesel, k\u00fcresel enerji piyasalar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir akt\u00f6r haline gelmek i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye son y\u0131llarda stratejik ad\u0131mlar at\u0131yor. 2010&#8217;da Rusya Federasyonu ile yap\u0131lan anla\u015fma \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde hayata ge\u00e7irilen Akkuyu N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali (NGS) de o stratejik ad\u0131mlardan biri\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00fckleer santralin T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 70 y\u0131ll\u0131k hayali oldu\u011funu ifade eden Karata\u015f, \u201cAkkuyu NGS ile 4800 megavat n\u00fckleer kapasite devreye girecek. Gelecekte \u00fclkemizin toplam 20 bin megavatl\u0131k n\u00fckleer kapasiteye ula\u015fmas\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fini art\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 ve karbonsuz enerji \u00fcretimini sa\u011flayacak. Yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar, \u00fclkemizin enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flaman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra maliyetleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131racak. N\u00fckleer enerji, bir \u00fclkenin enerji karmas\u0131nda mutlaka yer almas\u0131 gereken, klasik iddialarla de\u011ferlendirilemeyecek kadar k\u0131ymetli bir teknoloji\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COP29 n\u00fckleerde yeni bir yolu simgeliyor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karata\u015f, Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler (BM) \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u00c7er\u00e7eve S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi 29. Taraflar Konferans\u0131\u2019nda (COP29) geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00e7ok say\u0131da ekonominin de yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 31 \u00fclkenin n\u00fckleer kapasiteyi 2050&#8217;de 3 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7in deklarasyona imza att\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve b\u00f6ylelikle k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmayla m\u00fccadelede n\u00fckleer enerjinin \u015fart oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterdiklerini belirtti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>COP29\u2019un T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in n\u00fckleerde yeni bir yolu simgeledi\u011fini kaydeden Karata\u015f, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle m\u00fccadelede n\u00fckleer enerji kritik bir \u00f6neme sahip. G\u00fcvenli ve y\u00fcksek \u00fcretim kapasitesi, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbon emisyonu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131 gibi sebeplerden dolay\u0131 \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131. N\u00fckleer enerjide yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n artmas\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi n\u00fckleer kul\u00fcb\u00fcn etkin bir \u00fcyesi haline getirece\u011fi gibi b\u00f6lgesel ve k\u00fcresel g\u00fc\u00e7 olmas\u0131n\u0131 destekleyecek. Net s\u0131f\u0131ra giden yol iddial\u0131 eylemler gerektirir. COP29&#8217;un g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi gibi, n\u00fckleer enerji bulmacan\u0131n sadece bir par\u00e7as\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda temiz enerji gelece\u011finin temel ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck ithalat kaleminin \u00e7ok uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r enerji oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde makroekonomik istikrar i\u00e7in n\u00fckleer enerjinin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7eken Karata\u015f, \u201cAkkuyu&#8217;da 4 reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn yap\u0131m\u0131 devam ediyor. Sinop ve Trakya ile 3 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli santrali, yani yakla\u015f\u0131k 12 reakt\u00f6r\u00fc devreye almal\u0131y\u0131z. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck mod\u00fcler reakt\u00f6rlere de ihtiya\u00e7 var. 2050&#8217;de 20 bin megavatl\u0131k n\u00fckleer kurulu g\u00fcce sahip olma hedefini \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli buluyorum. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi m\u00fccadele program\u0131; n\u00fckleer, yenilenebilir enerji ve verimlilik \u00e7evresinde \u015fekillenen bir anlay\u0131\u015fla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor\u201d de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yenilenebilir ve n\u00fckleer el ele<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130klim krizini \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n \u015fart oldu\u011funu dile getiren Karata\u015f, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cNet s\u0131f\u0131r emisyona ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in temiz enerji end\u00fcstrileriyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam etmemiz gerekiyor. N\u00fckleer enerji, r\u00fczg\u00e2r, g\u00fcne\u015f, hidro gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu enerji kaynaklar\u0131 birbirini destekleyici \u015fekilde enerji karmas\u0131nda olmal\u0131. Yenilenebilir enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde de son 20 y\u0131lda \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn de e\u015flik etti\u011fi etkileyici bir ba\u015far\u0131 hikayemiz var. Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re son 20 y\u0131lda yenilenebilir kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz y\u00fczde 59 artt\u0131. R\u00fczg\u00e2r santrali kapasitemiz yakla\u015f\u0131k 12 bin 500 megavata, g\u00fcne\u015f santrali kapasitemiz 18 bin 700 megavata ula\u015ft\u0131. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 11 y\u0131lda ise mevcut r\u00fczg\u00e2r ve g\u00fcne\u015f kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn 120 bin megavata \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Ancak bildi\u011fimiz gibi, r\u00fczg\u00e2r ve g\u00fcne\u015f santralleri hava ko\u015fullar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 enerji \u00fcretiyor. Y\u00fcksek maliyetli enerji depolama sorunlar\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yor. Bu durumda ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeli ve elektrik \u00fcretimini h\u0131zla art\u0131r\u0131p azaltabilen, temiz, g\u00fcvenli ve istikrarl\u0131 enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 da devreye almal\u0131y\u0131z. N\u00fckleer minimum altm\u0131\u015f y\u0131l boyunca gece g\u00fcnd\u00fcz, 7 g\u00fcn 24 saat, hava ko\u015fullar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olmadan, kesintisiz, ihtiya\u00e7 duyuldu\u011fu kadar \u00fcreten, esnek, uygun fiyatl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli bir temiz enerji kayna\u011f\u0131. Yenilenebilir ve n\u00fckleerin el ele vererek iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadelede kilit rol oynad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yeni nesil g\u00fcvenli teknolojiler kullan\u0131l\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00fckleer santrallerde art\u0131k yeni nesil teknolojilerin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, tasar\u0131mlarda g\u00fcvenli\u011fin \u00f6ncelik oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Karata\u015f \u015funlar\u0131 ifade etti: \u201cN\u00fckleer santral tasar\u0131mlar\u0131 ba\u015fta deprem olmak \u00fczere yang\u0131n, tsunami, u\u00e7ak \u00e7arpmas\u0131, sel gibi bir\u00e7ok do\u011fal ve yapay afetlere kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olacak \u015fekilde yap\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00d6rne\u011fin Akkuyu\u2019da kullan\u0131lan 3 art\u0131 nesil VVER-1200 reakt\u00f6rleri VVER serisinin en son ve g\u00fcvenirli\u011fi test edilmi\u015f bir teknolojisi. Derinlemesine g\u00fcvenlik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 yer al\u0131yor. N\u00fckleerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu elektrikten daha fazlas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayabilece\u011fini, \u0131s\u0131tma ve ula\u015f\u0131m gibi di\u011fer sekt\u00f6rlerin de karbonsuzla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 destekleyece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Karata\u015f, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye yeni d\u00f6nemde yeni n\u00fckleer yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Yeni n\u00fckleer enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda Rosatom &nbsp;ile sinerji devam edebilir ba\u015fka taliplerde \u00e7\u0131kabilir.
