Proje, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda teknolojik liderlik i\u00e7in yeni ulusal giri\u015fim \u201cYeni N\u00fckleer ve Enerji Teknolojileri&#8221;nin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan Rusya&#8217;da n\u00fckleer bilim, m\u00fchendislik ve teknolojiyi ilerletmeyi ama\u00e7layan kapsaml\u0131 program\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. <em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Darbeli-periyodik modda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bu t\u00fcr bir motorun ortalama g\u00fcc\u00fc 300 kilovata ula\u015fabilir. Tesisin ana ekipman\u0131 olan vakum odas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ap\u0131 4 metre ve uzunlu\u011fu ise 14 metre. Odan\u0131n y\u00fcksek verimli vakum pompalama ve \u0131s\u0131 \u00e7eki\u015fi i\u00e7in benzersiz sistemlerle donat\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.
