Akkuyu N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali (NGS), bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde yaln\u0131zca bir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131, sanayile\u015fme ve ileri teknoloji hamlesinin temel ta\u015f\u0131 haline geliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130stanbul Teknik \u00dcniversitesi (\u0130T\u00dc) Enerji Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc N\u00fckleer Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar Anabilim Dal\u0131 \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. \u00dcner \u00c7olak, n\u00fckleer enerjinin, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yolunda att\u0131\u011f\u0131 en stratejik ad\u0131mlardan biri oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. \u00c7olak, \u201cAkkuyu ile ba\u015flayan bu yol, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi n\u00fckleer ihra\u00e7 eden \u00fclkeler ligine ta\u015f\u0131yabilir. \u00c7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir potansiyele sahibiz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Dr. \u00c7olak, n\u00fckleer enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n yaln\u0131zca arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fini de\u011fil, ileri teknoloji \u00fcretimini de beraberinde getirece\u011fini vurgulayarak, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cBu alandaki bilgi birikimi, yerli sanayiyle bulu\u015ftu\u011funda hem ekonomik hem de teknolojik s\u0131\u00e7rama yaratacakt\u0131r. Akkuyu NGS bu hedefin ilk a\u015famas\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi ileri n\u00fckleer teknolojiler geli\u015ftiren ve ihra\u00e7 eden bir \u00fclke konumuna ta\u015f\u0131may\u0131 hedefliyoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Dr. \u00c7olak, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te yaln\u0131zca enerji \u00fcretimi de\u011fil, n\u00fckleer teknolojiye dayal\u0131 yeni bir sanayi ekosistemi kurma y\u00f6n\u00fcnde ilerledi\u011fini de vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cYerelle\u015fme, teknolojik kapasitenin y\u00fckselmesi i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir f\u0131rsat\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Akkuyu projesi kapsam\u0131nda 350\u2019den fazla yerli firman\u0131n mal ve hizmet sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Prof. Dr. \u00c7olak, yerli sanayinin bu s\u00fcrece g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde dahil oldu\u011funu kaydetti. Prof. Dr. \u00c7olak, \u201c\u0130n\u015faat, montaj, ekipman temini gibi kritik alanlarda yerli \u015firketlerin daha etkin rol alabilmesi i\u00e7in kalite y\u00f6netimi, uluslararas\u0131 kodlar ve standartlar gibi konularda \u00f6zel e\u011fitimler veriliyor. Yerelle\u015fme yaln\u0131zca ekonomik de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda teknolojik geli\u015fim ve sanayi altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cHedefimiz, yerli \u00fcretimle y\u00fcksek katma de\u011fer yaratmak\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir n\u00fckleer end\u00fcstri kurman\u0131n ciddi bir haz\u0131rl\u0131k ve uzun vadeli planlama gerektirdi\u011fini belirten \u00c7olak, \u201cBu s\u00fcre\u00e7te en \u00f6nemli konu, sanayimizin nas\u0131l bir haz\u0131rl\u0131k i\u00e7inde olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fidir. E\u011fer b\u00fct\u00fcnden ba\u015flanmazsa, bir\u00e7ok par\u00e7a d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan temin edilmek zorunda kal\u0131n\u0131r. Ancak hedefimiz, bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin katma de\u011fer yaratacak \u015fekilde yerli sanayiden sa\u011flanmas\u0131d\u0131r\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Akkuyu NGS\u2019de yakla\u015f\u0131k 550 bin farkl\u0131 par\u00e7a kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen \u00c7olak, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: \u201cG\u00fcvenlikle do\u011frudan ili\u015fkisi olmayan bir\u00e7ok bile\u015feni yerli \u00fcretimle kar\u015f\u0131layabiliyoruz. Ancak g\u00fcvenlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde ge\u00e7mi\u015fte \u00fcretim kapasitemiz yoktu. Bu alanda sertifikasyon \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ve bu yetkinli\u011fe sahip yaln\u0131zca 7-8 \u00fclke var. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de bu \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda yer almas\u0131 gerekiyor. N\u00fckleer sekt\u00f6rde hi\u00e7bir firma tek ba\u015f\u0131na var olamaz; \u015firketlerin tedarik zincirine entegre olmas\u0131 ve yetkinlik kazanmas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Bu yetkinlik, sadece n\u00fckleer alanda de\u011fil; savunma, havac\u0131l\u0131k ve ileri imalat gibi stratejik sekt\u00f6rlerde de \u00f6nemli avantajlar sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cAkkuyu, T\u00fcrkiye-Rusya ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla in\u015fa edilen k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekli bir proje\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji politikas\u0131n\u0131n 2025\u20132035 d\u00f6neminde y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama %3\u2019l\u00fck bir elektrik talebi art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten Prof. Dr. \u00c7olak, \u201cBu ihtiyaca g\u00fcvenli, kesintisiz ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm sunan n\u00fckleer enerji, \u00fclkenin 20.000 MWe\u2019lik toplam n\u00fckleer kapasite hedefinde kilit rol oynuyor. N\u00fckleer enerji, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yolunda att\u0131\u011f\u0131 en stratejik ad\u0131mlardan biridir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00fckleer enerji santrali in\u015fas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan d\u00fcnya lideri olan Rosatom taraf\u0131ndan in\u015fa edilen Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin bug\u00fcn d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck n\u00fckleer in\u015faat sahalar\u0131ndan biri oldu\u011funu belirten Prof. Dr. \u00c7olak, proje hakk\u0131nda \u015fu bilgileri verdi: \u201cHer biri 1200 megavat kapasiteli Rus tasar\u0131m\u0131 3+ Nesil VVER-1200 tipi reakt\u00f6rlere sahip d\u00f6rt g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesi e\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak in\u015fa ediliyor. Akkuyu NGS projesi, Rusya ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Yap-Sahip Ol-\u0130\u015flet modeliyle hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi ilk n\u00fckleer enerji projesidir. Tesisin tasar\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fc 60 y\u0131l olup, 20 y\u0131l daha uzat\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Santral tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00fclkenin elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %10\u2019unu kar\u015f\u0131layaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Prof. Dr. \u00c7olak, \u201cAkkuyu, y\u0131lda 18 milyon ton karbon emisyonunu engelleyerek T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne do\u011frudan katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tarihten Gelece\u011fe T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin N\u00fckleer Enerji Yolculu\u011fu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin n\u00fckleer enerji alan\u0131ndaki ilk ad\u0131m\u0131, 27 A\u011fustos 1956\u2019da kurulan Atom Enerjisi Komisyonu ile at\u0131ld\u0131. 1957 y\u0131l\u0131nda Uluslararas\u0131 Atom Enerjisi Ajans\u0131\u2019na (UAEA) \u00fcye olan T\u00fcrkiye, 1962\u2019de \u0130stanbul K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece\u2019de TR-1 Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Reakt\u00f6r\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc devreye ald\u0131. Bu altyap\u0131, 1979\u2019da TRIGA Mark II ve 1982\u2019de TR-2 reakt\u00f6rleriyle daha da g\u00fc\u00e7lendirildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1972 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye Elektrik Kurumu\u2019na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak N\u00fckleer Enerji Dairesi kuruldu. 1977, 1983 ve 1996 y\u0131llar\u0131nda yap\u0131lan n\u00fckleer santral ihaleleri \u00e7e\u015fitli nedenlerle sonu\u00e7suz kald\u0131. Ancak 2000\u2019li y\u0131llardaki kararl\u0131 giri\u015fimlerin ard\u0131ndan, 12 May\u0131s 2010\u2019da T\u00fcrkiye ile Rusya aras\u0131nda Akkuyu sahas\u0131nda bir n\u00fckleer santral kurulmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin i\u015f birli\u011fi anla\u015fmas\u0131 imzaland\u0131. 3 Nisan 2018\u2019de ise Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin temeli at\u0131ld\u0131.
