AK Partili arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z, MHP&#8217;li dostlar\u0131m\u0131z; bir infaz yasas\u0131 haz\u0131rlan\u0131rken \u2018Acaba bu infaz yasas\u0131ndan FET\u00d6\u2019c\u00fcler de faydalan\u0131r m\u0131?\u2019 diye bir soru sorulmaz. E\u011fer o infaz yasas\u0131yla yap\u0131lacak iyile\u015ftirme hukuk, ahlak ve adalet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan do\u011fruysa yap\u0131l\u0131r ve \u2018Bir g\u00fcn adalet yerini bulsun, isterse d\u00fcnya y\u0131k\u0131ls\u0131n.\u2019 denilir. Biz bak\u0131yoruz ki d\u00fcnyan\u0131n hi\u00e7bir yerinde g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f bir \u015fekilde, neredeyse 1.5 milyon soru\u015fturma dosyas\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen FET\u00d6 dosyalar\u0131nda insanlar\u0131n haks\u0131z yere alt\u0131 ile sekiz y\u0131l aras\u0131nda cezaevinde yatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yetmiyormu\u015f gibi, bug\u00fcn ceza sistemimizin en \u00f6nemli sorunlar\u0131ndan biri olan infaz sistemiyle ilgili bir iyile\u015ftirmede dahi burada bir duvara \u00e7arp\u0131l\u0131yor. Adalet Bakan\u0131m\u0131z Say\u0131n Y\u0131lmaz Tun\u00e7&#8217;a, AK Parti Grup Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z Say\u0131n Abdullah G\u00fcler&#8217;e sesleniyoruz: Bir i\u015fin do\u011frusu neyse yap\u0131n\u0131z.
