Enerji politikalar\u0131n\u0131n yaln\u0131zca \u00fcretim miktar\u0131 ve maliyet odakl\u0131 de\u011fil; karbon sal\u0131m\u0131, \u00e7evresel sorumluluk, stratejik dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k ve ileri teknoloji kapasitesiyle \u015fekillendi\u011fi bir \u00e7a\u011fda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 belirten Prof. Dr. Erg\u00fcn, \u201cN\u00fckleer enerji bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn merkezinde yer al\u0131yor. Bug\u00fcn d\u00fcnyada hi\u00e7bir \u00fclke, enerji stratejisini n\u00fckleer enerji olmadan \u015fekillendiremiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc art\u0131k mesele sadece enerji \u00fcretmek de\u011fil; iklim krizini durdurmak, kesintisiz arz\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve teknoloji \u00fcretmek. N\u00fckleer enerji, enerji krizlerine, iklim felaketlerine ve d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 elimizdeki en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, en s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ara\u00e7\u201d dedi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cN\u00fckleer enerji k\u00fcresel bir uzla\u015fmaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnyada ya\u015fanan enerji krizlerinin, jeopolitik risklerin ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi tehdidinin h\u00fck\u00fcmetleri ve enerji otoritelerini yeniden n\u00fckleer enerjiye y\u00f6neltti\u011fini kaydeden Prof. Dr. Erg\u00fcn, \u201cBug\u00fcn yaln\u0131zca \u00c7in\u2019de 24 yeni reakt\u00f6r in\u015faat halinde. Fransa, 20 reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzatmak i\u00e7in 6 milyar avro yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131yor. \u0130ngiltere, Sizewell C n\u00fckleer santraliyle 6 milyon haneyi ayd\u0131nlatacak. Avrupa Birli\u011fi, 2050\u2019ye kadar n\u00fckleer kapasitesini 109 GW\u2019a \u00e7\u0131karacak. D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131, n\u00fckleer projelere yeniden finansman sa\u011flama karar\u0131 ald\u0131. Bel\u00e7ika karar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirdi, Almanya\u2019da kamuoyu bask\u0131s\u0131 art\u0131yor, \u0130sve\u00e7 yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 planl\u0131yor. Art\u0131k enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 denince akla sadece do\u011falgaz boru hatlar\u0131 de\u011fil; reakt\u00f6rler, n\u00fckleer yak\u0131t d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc, m\u00fchendislik kapasitesi geliyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cKarbon n\u00f6tr hedeflerde n\u00fckleer enerji yoksa \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm de yoktur\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Dr. \u015eule Erg\u00fcn, iklim kriziyle m\u00fccadelede at\u0131lan t\u00fcm ad\u0131mlar\u0131n n\u00fckleer enerji olmadan eksik kalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle ifade etti: \u201cBug\u00fcn bir\u00e7ok \u00fclke 2050 i\u00e7in karbon n\u00f6tr hedef koymu\u015f durumda. Peki nas\u0131l? G\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczg\u00e2r bu hedefte anahtar rol oynayabilir, ancak baz y\u00fck\u00fc 24 saat dengede tutan g\u00fcc\u00fc sa\u011flayacak olan n\u00fckleerdir. Bir n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r, y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 8.000 saat kararl\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcretir. Karbon sal\u0131m\u0131 neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131rd\u0131r. Karbon n\u00f6tr hedeflerde n\u00fckleer enerji yoksa \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm de yoktur.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2018Akkuyu T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerjide att\u0131\u011f\u0131 en \u00f6nemli ad\u0131md\u0131r\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Dr. \u015eule Erg\u00fcn, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrali olan Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin sadece teknik de\u011fil, jeopolitik ve ekonomik boyutlar\u0131 olan \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc bir proje oldu\u011funu \u015f\u00f6yle anlatt\u0131: \u201cAkkuyu sadece elektrik \u00fcreten bir tesis de\u011fil; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerjide do\u011falgaza ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltmada \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131md\u0131r. D\u00f6rt \u00fcnitesiyle tam kapasiteye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n %10\u2019unu kar\u015f\u0131layacak. Her y\u0131l 7 milyar metrek\u00fcp do\u011falgaz ithalat\u0131n\u0131 ikame edecek. 35 milyon ton karbon emisyonunu engelleyecek. Ama bunlardan daha da \u00f6nemlisi; Akkuyu, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin n\u00fckleer teknolojiyle tan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye n\u00fckleer teknolojiyi \u00fcretme yolunda ilerliyor\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Akkuyu NGS projesinin T\u00fcrk m\u00fchendislere, teknisyenlere ve firmalara n\u00fckleer alanda tecr\u00fcbe kazand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Prof. Dr. Erg\u00fcn, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: \u201cT\u00fcrk \u015firketleri bu projede \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u00f6revler \u00fcstlendi. T\u00fcrk m\u00fchendisler in\u015faattan test sistemlerine kadar her a\u015famada \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Rusya\u2019ya e\u011fitim i\u00e7in g\u00f6nderilen gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendisler sahada tecr\u00fcbe ediniyor. Bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de n\u00fckleer teknolojiyi denetleyen, y\u00f6neten yerli kapasite art\u0131k sadece i\u00e7 pazarda de\u011fil, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da i\u015f yap\u0131yor. T\u00fcrk firmalar\u0131 \u015fu anda M\u0131s\u0131r, Macaristan ve Birle\u015fik Arap Emirlikleri gibi \u00fclkelerde n\u00fckleer altyap\u0131 projelerine teklif sunuyor. Bu geli\u015fmeler, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin n\u00fckleer alanda \u00fcretici yolunda ilerledi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cSinop ve Trakya projeleri T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi n\u00fckleer ligde \u00fcst s\u0131ralara ta\u015f\u0131yacak\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yeni n\u00fckleer santral projeleri hayata ge\u00e7irerek d\u00fcnya genelinde \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Erg\u00fcn, \u201cAkkuyu ilk ad\u0131md\u0131. \u015eimdi ikinci ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ad\u0131mlar\u0131 da atmak zorunday\u0131z. Sinop ve Trakya\u2019da kurulmas\u0131 planlanan santrallerle birlikte T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin n\u00fckleer kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 15.000 MW\u2019a ula\u015facak. Bu, \u00fclkemizi n\u00fckleer enerji \u00fcreten \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda ilk 10\u2019a sokar. Sinop\u2019ta \u00c7ED s\u00fcreci tamamland\u0131. G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Trakya\u2019da yer se\u00e7imi yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7in, G\u00fcney Kore, Rusya, Kanada gibi \u00fclkeler teknoloji tedariki ve finansman i\u00e7in istekli. Bu projeleri yerli katk\u0131 oran\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak, teknoloji transferini i\u00e7erecek \u015fekilde tasarlamal\u0131y\u0131z\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cN\u00fckleer enerji T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin gelece\u011fidir\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 2035 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin n\u00fckleer kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc 15.000 MW\u2019a, 2050\u2019de ise 20.000 MW\u2019a \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 hedefledi\u011fini kaydeden Erg\u00fcn, \u201cBu vizyon, sanayiye kesintisiz enerji sa\u011flamak ve iklim taahh\u00fctlerini yerine getirmek i\u00e7in kritik \u00f6nemde. N\u00fckleer enerji, g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczg\u00e2rla desteklenecek hibrit sistemin omurgas\u0131 olacak. 2022 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki Avrupa do\u011falgaz krizi, fosil yak\u0131tlara g\u00fcvenilemeyece\u011fini g\u00f6sterdi. Oysa n\u00fckleer santraller, y\u0131ll\u0131k yak\u0131tla aral\u0131ks\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir; bu da \u00fclke i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir stratejik avantajd\u0131r\u201d dedi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Dr. \u015eule Erg\u00fcn, s\u00f6zlerini \u015fu \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 ifadelerle tamamlad\u0131: \u201cN\u00fckleer enerji bizim i\u00e7in sadece elektrik \u00fcretmek de\u011fildir.
