G\u00fclcan K\u0131\u015f, 2025&#8217;te \u00f6zellikle b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlerdeki&nbsp;<strong>fahi\u015f kira ve yurt fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00f6\u011frencileri zor durumda b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00d6zel yurtlarda 6 ki\u015filik odalar\u00a0<strong>12 bin TL&#8217;den<\/strong>\u00a0ba\u015fl\u0131yor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tek ki\u015filik odalar\u0131n fiyat\u0131\u00a0<strong>40 bin TL&#8217;ye kadar<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00d6\u011frenci semtlerinde kiralar\u00a0<strong>17 bin TL&#8217;den<\/strong>\u00a0ba\u015fl\u0131yor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bar\u0131nma, faturalar, yemek ve ula\u015f\u0131m giderleriyle birlikte\u00a0<strong>bir \u00f6\u011frencinin ayl\u0131k ya\u015fam maliyeti 25 bin TL ile 60 bin TL<\/strong>\u00a0aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Bir asgari \u00fccretli ailenin tek bir \u00e7ocu\u011funu okutabilmesi art\u0131k neredeyse imk\u00e2ns\u0131z hale geldi. Bu tablo, e\u011fitim hakk\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fil,&nbsp;<strong>paran\u0131n belirleyici oldu\u011fu bir d\u00fczeni<\/strong>&nbsp;ortaya koyuyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;GEN\u00c7LER HAYAL ETT\u0130KLER\u0130 B\u00d6L\u00dcM\u00dc DE\u011e\u0130L, PARALARININ YETT\u0130\u011e\u0130 \u015eEHR\u0130 SE\u00c7\u0130YOR&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fclcan K\u0131\u015f, bar\u0131nma krizinin \u00f6\u011frencilerin&nbsp;<strong>\u00fcniversite tercihlerini bile belirledi\u011fini<\/strong>&nbsp;vurgulad\u0131. Art\u0131k gen\u00e7ler,&nbsp;<strong>ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fil, ailelerinin b\u00fct\u00e7esine g\u00f6re<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00fcniversite se\u00e7mek zorunda kal\u0131yor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Hayalini kurdu\u011fu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc kazanmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen Ankara, \u0130stanbul, \u0130zmir, Mersin gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlerde okuyamayan binlerce gencimiz var. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bar\u0131nma maliyetleri u\u00e7mu\u015f durumda. Gen\u00e7ler, istedikleri b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc de\u011fil;&nbsp;<strong>okurken ge\u00e7inebilecekleri \u015fehirlerdeki \u00fcniversiteleri<\/strong>&nbsp;tercih etmek zorunda kal\u0131yor. Bu, f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fini yok eden bir tablo.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6SYM verilerine g\u00f6re, son y\u0131llarda&nbsp;<strong>yerle\u015fti\u011fi halde kay\u0131t yapt\u0131ramayan \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131nda ciddi art\u0131\u015f<\/strong>&nbsp;ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan CHP&#8217;li G\u00fclcan K\u0131\u015f, &#8220;Bu durum, \u00fclkenin gen\u00e7lerini hayallerinden kopar\u0131yor, e\u011fitim hakk\u0131n\u0131 ekonomik bariyerlerle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131yor&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;CHP&#8217;L\u0130 BELED\u0130YELER GEN\u00c7LERE UMUT OLMU\u015eTU&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fclcan K\u0131\u015f, 2019 yerel se\u00e7imlerinin ard\u0131ndan CHP&#8217;li b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir belediyelerinin \u00f6\u011frencilerin bar\u0131nma sorununa&nbsp;<strong>sosyal belediyecilik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretti\u011fini<\/strong>&nbsp;hat\u0131rlatt\u0131:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;\u0130stanbul, Ankara, \u0130zmir, Adana ve Mersin ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirde belediyelerimiz, kendi imk\u00e2nlar\u0131yla&nbsp;<strong>\u00f6\u011frenci yurtlar\u0131 a\u00e7arak<\/strong>&nbsp;gen\u00e7lerimize nefes oldu. On binlerce \u00f6\u011frenci y\u00fcksek kira y\u00fck\u00fcnden kurtuldu, g\u00fcvenli ve uygun fiyatl\u0131 bar\u0131nma imk\u00e2n\u0131na kavu\u015ftu. Belediyelerimiz bu konuda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir sosyal hizmet sundu.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;BA\u015eARIYI G\u00d6R\u00dcNCE YETK\u0130LER\u0130 ELLER\u0130M\u0130ZDEN ALDINIZ&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak CHP Mersin Milletvekili G\u00fclcan K\u0131\u015f&#8217;a g\u00f6re, CHP&#8217;li belediyelerin bu ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131 iktidar\u0131 rahats\u0131z etti. AKP ve MHP&#8217;nin oylar\u0131yla TBMM Genel Kurulu&#8217;nda kabul edilen yasa ile&nbsp;<strong>belediyelerin \u00f6\u011frenci yurtlar\u0131 a\u00e7ma ve ruhsat verme yetkileri ellerinden al\u0131nd\u0131<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;CHP&#8217;li belediyeler \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcrettik\u00e7e iktidar bundan rahats\u0131z oldu. Yetkileri siyasi bir hamleyle Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Gen\u00e7lik ve Spor Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;na devrettiler. Art\u0131k belediyeler, bakanl\u0131ktan izin almadan \u00f6\u011frenci yurdu a\u00e7amayacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6\u011frencilerin bar\u0131nma sorununa \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmek yerine, belediyelerin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 engellemeyi tercih ettiler. Bu \u00f6\u011frencinin de\u011fil, siyasetin tercih edildi\u011fi bir karard\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;GEN\u00c7LER\u0130N UMUDU S\u0130YAS\u0130 HESAPLARA KURBAN ED\u0130LEMEZ&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fclcan K\u0131\u015f, iktidar\u0131n bu tutumunun&nbsp;<strong>\u00f6\u011frencileri \u00e7aresizli\u011fe s\u00fcr\u00fckledi\u011fini<\/strong>&nbsp;vurgulayarak \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Gen\u00e7lerimizi bu siyasi hesaplara kurban etmeyece\u011fiz. CHP olarak hem Meclis&#8217;te hem sahada \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin yan\u0131nda olaca\u011f\u0131z. Belediyelerimizin sosyal belediyecilik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla sundu\u011fu t\u00fcm imk\u00e2nlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne koyulan siyasi engelleri kald\u0131rana kadar m\u00fccadelemizi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrece\u011fiz.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;\u00c7\u00d6Z\u00dcM: YETK\u0130 BELED\u0130YELERE GER\u0130 VER\u0130LMEL\u0130&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fclcan K\u0131\u015f, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerilerini de s\u0131ralad\u0131:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>KYK yurt kapasiteleri h\u0131zla art\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00d6zel yurt \u00fccretlerine\u00a0<strong>\u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r<\/strong>\u00a0getirilmeli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Belediyelere yeniden yurt a\u00e7ma ve i\u015fletme yetkisi verilmeli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bar\u0131nma hakk\u0131 piyasan\u0131n insaf\u0131na de\u011fil,\u00a0<strong>sosyal devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na<\/strong>\u00a0b\u0131rak\u0131lmal\u0131.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;\u00d6\u011frencilerimizi bu \u00e7aresizlikte yaln\u0131z b\u0131rakmayaca\u011f\u0131z.
