Bu kapsamda, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK Marmara Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi b\u00fcnyesindeki T\u00fcrkiye G\u0131da \u0130novasyon Platformu (T\u00dcG\u0130P) yetkilileri Mersinli g\u0131da sanayicileriyle bulu\u015fturuldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/mtso.org.tr\/etiketIcerikResimler\/fa4c4924-cfb6-41ef-8b00-2b881d07ead9.JPG\">MTSO\u2019da Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hakan Sefa \u00c7ak\u0131r moderat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde d\u00fczenlenen \u201cT\u00dcB\u0130TAK T\u00dcG\u0130P \u2013 Mersin G\u0131da Sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u0130\u015f Birli\u011fi De\u011ferlendirme Toplant\u0131s\u0131\u2019nda, sekt\u00f6r temsilcileri ile T\u00dcB\u0130TAK uzmanlar\u0131 bir araya gelerek olas\u0131 ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirdi. Toplant\u0131da T\u00dcG\u0130P G\u0131da Teknolojileri Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Grubu Lideri Do\u00e7. Dr. \u0130brahim Sani \u00d6zdemir, kurumun altyap\u0131s\u0131 ve sanayiye sunulan hizmetlerle i\u015fbirli\u011fi yap\u0131labilecek alanlar\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131. G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde, besin de\u011feri art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yeni g\u0131da form\u00fclasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi, tar\u0131msal at\u0131klar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi, \u00fcr\u00fcn raf \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzatan teknolojiler ve Mersin\u2019e \u00f6zg\u00fc yerli lezzetlerin geli\u015ftirilmesi gibi alanlarda i\u015f birlikleri g\u00fcndeme geldi. \u00d6zellikle bebek mamalar\u0131ndan bakliyat ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine kadar geni\u015f bir \u00fcr\u00fcn yelpazesinde Ar-Ge \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi planland\u0131.<br>Toplant\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan T\u00dcG\u0130P heyeti, Mersin Agropark\u2019ta faaliyet g\u00f6steren ikinci grup sanayicilerle bulu\u015ftu. Bakliyat, narenciye, s\u00fct ve \u015falgam \u00fcretimi yapan firmalar ziyaret edilerek \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri yerinde incelendi ve ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 masaya yat\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Yak\u0131n zamanda Mersinli sanayicilerden olu\u015facak bir heyetin T\u00dcB\u0130TAK Marmara Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi\u2019ni ziyaret ederek laboratuvar olanaklar\u0131n\u0131 yerinde incelemesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c7ak\u0131r: T\u00dcB\u0130TAK\u2019la g\u0131da sanayinde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir eko sistem olu\u015fturabiliriz\u201d<\/strong><br>MTSO Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hakan Sefa \u00c7ak\u0131r, Mersin\u2019in g\u0131da sanayisinde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir potansiyele sahip oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u201cBa\u015fta bakliyat ve turun\u00e7gil olmak \u00fczere g\u0131da sanayinde bir\u00e7ok alanda \u00f6nc\u00fc konumday\u0131z. Kentimizin agropark ya da g\u0131da \u00fczerine ihtisas OSB\u2019lerinin bulunmas\u0131 g\u0131da sanayinde katma de\u011fer yaratma noktas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir potansiyele sahip oldu\u011fumuzun g\u00f6stergesi. Bu g\u00fcc\u00fc do\u011fru y\u00f6nlendirip T\u00dcB\u0130TAK\u2019\u0131n bilimsel ve teknik kapasitesiyle birle\u015ftirerek g\u0131da sanayinde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ekosistem olu\u015fturmak istiyoruz\u201d dedi.<br>T\u00dcB\u0130TAK ile g\u0131da sanayi firmalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda k\u00f6pr\u00fc olmak istediklerini, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK\u2019\u0131n geli\u015fmi\u015f altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zellikle KOB\u0130\u2019lere tan\u0131tarak verilen hizmetlerin tabana yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istediklerini vurgulayan \u00c7ak\u0131r bu nedenle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bulu\u015fmay\u0131 \u00f6nemsediklerini s\u00f6yledi. \u00c7ak\u0131r, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK\u2019\u0131n ileri teknolojik altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zellikle KOB\u0130\u2019ler i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir f\u0131rsat sundu\u011funu vurgulayarak, \u201cSa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 g\u0131daya eri\u015fim, verimlilik ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00fcretim art\u0131k milli bir \u00f6ncelik.
