Su kalitesi ne durumda?\u201d sorular\u0131na verilen yan\u0131t, yaln\u0131zca \u201cDenizlerimiz izleniyor\u201d c\u00fcmlesine s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<br>Bakanl\u0131k, 2014\u2019ten bu yana y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen&nbsp;<strong>DEN-\u0130Z Program\u0131<\/strong>na at\u0131fta bulundu ancak bu program\u0131n Mersin\u2019de hangi noktalarda uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131, ne sonu\u00e7lar verdi\u011fi belirtilmedi.<br>G\u00fclcan K\u0131\u015f, \u201cMersin halk\u0131 g\u00f6zleriyle g\u00f6r\u00fcyor: deniz bo\u011fuluyor. Ama Bakanl\u0131k h\u00e2l\u00e2 laboratuvar yerine laf \u00fcretiyor,\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>Raporlarda plan yok, gelecekte umut yok<\/strong><strong>\u201d<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bakanl\u0131k cevab\u0131nda yer alan \u201c<strong>2025 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in k\u0131sa, orta ve uzun vadeli herhangi bir ekosistem restorasyon plan\u0131 bulunmamaktad\u0131r<\/strong>\u201d ifadesi, yan\u0131t\u0131n en \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 k\u0131sm\u0131 oldu.<br>G\u00fclcan K\u0131\u015f, bu c\u00fcmleyi \u201cMersin K\u00f6rfezi\u2019nin kaderine terk edildi\u011finin a\u00e7\u0131k itiraf\u0131\u201d olarak de\u011ferlendirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBilim insanlar\u0131 aylard\u0131r uyar\u0131yor, K\u00f6rfez\u2019in oksijen dengesi \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fc.<br>Ama Bakanl\u0131k h\u00e2l\u00e2 plan haz\u0131rlamaktan aciz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu ilgisizlik de\u011fil,&nbsp;<strong>bilin\u00e7li bir terk edi\u015ftir<\/strong>,\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201c1.793 denetim, 25 ceza\u2026 G\u00f6steri mi, denetim mi?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bakanl\u0131k yan\u0131t\u0131nda Mersin\u2019de son be\u015f y\u0131lda 1.793 denetim yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, sadece 25 tesisin cezaland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve toplam 8 milyon 199 bin TL idari yapt\u0131r\u0131m uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<br>CHP\u2019li G\u00fclcan K\u0131\u015f, bu tabloyu \u015f\u00f6yle de\u011ferlendirdi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSanayinin, tar\u0131m\u0131n, liman\u0131n, nehrin ortas\u0131nda bir kentten s\u00f6z ediyoruz.<br>Bu kadar yo\u011fun \u00fcretim ve at\u0131k y\u00fck\u00fc aras\u0131nda 25 ceza varsa, o denetimler denetim de\u011fil,&nbsp;<strong>seyirlik g\u00f6steri<\/strong>dir.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cSeyhan Nehri kir ta\u015f\u0131yor, Bakanl\u0131k izliyor\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fclcan K\u0131\u015f\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nergesinde \u00f6zellikle dikkat \u00e7ekti\u011fi bir di\u011fer konu da&nbsp;<strong>Seyhan Nehri\u2019nin K\u00f6rfez\u2019e ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 kirlilik<\/strong>&nbsp;oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bakanl\u0131k, buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k yaln\u0131zca b\u00f6lgede \u201cbe\u015f adet S\u00fcrekli At\u0131ksu \u0130zleme Sistemi bulundu\u011funu\u201d belirtti, ancak bu sistemlerin ne \u00f6l\u00e7t\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, ne sonu\u00e7 verdi\u011fi, ya da bir eylem plan\u0131 olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda tek bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapmad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fclcan K\u0131\u015f bu cevab\u0131, \u201cSistem var ama sonu\u00e7 yok; t\u0131pk\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7evre politikas\u0131 gibi,\u201d s\u00f6zleriyle yorumlad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cMersin halk\u0131 rapor de\u011fil, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm istiyor\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CHP Mersin Milletvekili G\u00fclcan K\u0131\u015f, \u201cMersin halk\u0131 bu tabloyu her g\u00fcn soluyor, kokusunu hissediyor.
