Bu vakalar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funda tek tencerede pi\u015firilen yemeklerin uzun s\u00fcre bekletilmesi, uygunsuz ta\u015f\u0131ma ko\u015fullar\u0131, \u00e7apraz bula\u015fma ve yetersiz hijyen uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildiriliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Denetimleri S\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131, Yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 Art\u0131rd\u0131<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, 81 ilde y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u0131da denetimlerinde toplu t\u00fcketim yerlerinin kay\u0131t\/onay durumlar\u0131n\u0131, hijyen ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 ve muhafaza s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenli olarak kontrol ediyor. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yap\u0131lan 1 milyon 103 bin 52 denetimde uygunsuzluk tespit edilen i\u015fletmelere 25 bin 749 idari para cezas\u0131 uygulan\u0131rken, toplam 2 milyar 206 milyon 162 bin 590 TL tutar\u0131nda yapt\u0131r\u0131m karar\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131 ve 495 i\u015fletme hakk\u0131nda Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131na su\u00e7 duyurusu yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca, \u0130stanbul ilinde faaliyette olan 135 bin 717 g\u0131da i\u015fletmesinde 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 boyunca bug\u00fcne kadar 192 bin 148 adet resm\u00ee kontrol yap\u0131ld\u0131; 8.026 i\u015fletmeye idari para cezas\u0131 uyguland\u0131 ve 79 dosya Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na su\u00e7 duyurusu \u015feklinde iletildi.
