Resm\u00ee e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapan \u00f6\u011fretmen say\u0131s\u0131 1 milyon 34 bin 564\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mevcut kadronun gen\u00e7 ve dinamik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, e\u011fitim hizmetlerinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtiliyor. \u00d6\u011fretmenlerin ya\u015f ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n 40\u2019\u0131n alt\u0131nda olmas\u0131, uzun y\u0131llar sistemde kalacak g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir kadroya i\u015faret ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2003\u20132025 Aras\u0131nda 836 Bin 351 \u00d6\u011fretmen Atand\u0131<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bakanl\u0131\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 resm\u00ee e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapan e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 personel say\u0131s\u0131 1 milyon 34 bin 564 olarak kaydedildi. 24 Kas\u0131m 2025\u2019te yap\u0131lacak 15 bin s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli \u00f6\u011fretmen atamas\u0131 ile toplam say\u0131 1 milyon 49 bin 564 \u00f6\u011fretmene ula\u015facak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2003\u20132025 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda toplam 836 bin 351 \u00f6\u011fretmen atamas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilirken, bu rakam mevcut \u00f6\u011fretmen kadrosunun %80,84\u2019\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geliyor. Bu veriler, \u00f6\u011fretmen istihdam\u0131nda son 20 y\u0131lda sistemli bir b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye i\u015faret ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6\u011fretmen Kadrosu Gen\u00e7le\u015fiyor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6\u011fretmenlerin ya\u015f ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n 40\u2019\u0131n alt\u0131nda olmas\u0131, mevcut kadronun \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki en az 25 y\u0131l daha aktif g\u00f6revde kalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n personel planlamas\u0131n\u0131 yeniden \u015fekillendiren kritik bir etken olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bakanl\u0131k b\u00fcnyesinde toplam 34.795 personel Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararnameler ve OHAL Komisyonu kararlar\u0131yla ihra\u00e7 edildi. \u0130hra\u00e7 edilenlerden 7.063 ki\u015fi \u00e7e\u015fitli kararlarla g\u00f6revine iade edilirken, net ihra\u00e7 say\u0131s\u0131 27.732 olarak kay\u0131tlara ge\u00e7ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya\u015fanan ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc s\u00fcre\u00e7lere ra\u011fmen e\u011fitimin kesintisiz s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, \u00f6\u011fretmen a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n telafisi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan planlamalar\u0131n rasyonelli\u011fi ve toplumsal g\u00fcvenli\u011fin \u00f6ncelenmesi; Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kurumsal kapasitesinin ve kriz y\u00f6netimi kabiliyetinin \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6stergesi olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KPSS Verileri Yanl\u0131\u015f Alg\u0131lar\u0131 Gideriyor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2024 KPSS E\u011fitim Bilimleri oturumuna 466 bin 910 aday kat\u0131ld\u0131; 50 puan ve \u00fczeri alanlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 ise 456 bin 285 oldu. Ancak Bakanl\u0131k, bu adaylar\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6\u011fretmen aday\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesinin do\u011fru olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurguluyor. Zira \u00f6\u011fretmenlik atama alanlar\u0131na kaynakl\u0131k eden bir\u00e7ok b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn tek istihdam alan\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenlik de\u011fil.
