B\u00f6lge Federasyonu aras\u0131nda daha \u00f6nce i\u015f birli\u011fi protokol\u00fc imzalanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu protokol do\u011frultusunda hayata ge\u00e7irilen seramik at\u00f6lyesi e\u011fitimleri 5 ay boyunca devam edecek. Proje sonunda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hem mesleki beceri kazanmas\u0131 hem de kendi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini markala\u015ft\u0131rarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir gelir elde etmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.
