TADEKA Turizm ve Gastronomi Kurulu, e\u015fsiz ve k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir tarihe sahip olan Tarsus&#8217;a \u00f6zg\u00fc yemeklerin, belli tarifler i\u00e7erisinde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve gelecek nesillere aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 ad\u0131na ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131&nbsp;<strong><em>&#8216;Tarsusi Y\u00f6resel Yemek Hikayeleri&#8217;<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;projesini devam ettiriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daha \u00f6nce anal\u0131-k\u0131zl\u0131, lahana sarmas\u0131, vardabit, humus, kokulu \u00e7\u00f6rek gibi bir\u00e7ok y\u00f6resel lezzetin belli tariflerde yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 programlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren TADEKA Turizm ve Gastronomi Kurulu, \u015fimdi de Tarsus gastronomisinin \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olan ve tescillenen \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc f\u0131nd\u0131k lahmacun ile yine y\u00f6resel i\u00e7ecekler aras\u0131nda yer alan ve yeni do\u011fan\u0131 tebrik etmek i\u00e7in eve gelen konuklara ikram edilen kaynar i\u00e7ece\u011fini usta ellere yapt\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TADEKA&#8217;n\u0131n tarihi \u00f6zelliklere sahip hizmet binas\u0131n\u0131n bah\u00e7esinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen programda, Tarsus f\u0131nd\u0131k lahmacunun tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck eme\u011fi olan Murat G\u00fcl ile tarihi K\u0131rkka\u015f\u0131k Bedesteni&#8217;nde 15 y\u0131ld\u0131r baharatlarla yap\u0131lan kaynar i\u00e7ece\u011finin tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli pay sahibi olan Serpil Demir h\u00fcnerlerini sergilediler. Murat G\u00fcl, hamur ve lahmacun i\u00e7inin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131n\u0131n her a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 uygulamal\u0131 olarak tek tek anlatt\u0131. Daha \u00f6nce anal\u0131-k\u0131zl\u0131, \u00c7amalan \u00e7\u00f6re\u011fi ve humus yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Farkl\u0131 yemeklerle projeyi devam ettireceklerini kaydeden Top\u00e7uo\u011flu,&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;Tarsus, medeniyetlere 10 bin y\u0131ld\u0131r \u015fahitlik etmi\u015f bir \u015fehir. Bu \u015fehrin kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc bir de gastronomisi var. Biz bunu g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kartmak istiyoruz. Buraya gelenler, buran\u0131n gastronomisini de merak ediyor. Bu bizim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir \u015fehrin devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda gastronominin ayr\u0131 bir yeri var&#8221;&nbsp;<\/strong>ifadelerini kulland\u0131. Hatay, Antep, Adana gastronomisinin de \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu, ama bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda Tarsus&#8217;un da ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na, \u00e7e\u015fitli yemeklerden olu\u015fan, tarihten k\u00f6k alan bir gastronomisi oldu\u011funu vurgulayan&nbsp;<strong>Top\u00e7uo\u011flu, &#8220;Amac\u0131m\u0131z bu gastronomiyi t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye, hatta d\u00fcnyaya tan\u0131tmak ve duyurmak. Bu sayede d\u00fckkanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcyoruz.
